Stacia Edwards is a construction health and safety leader with over 17 years of hands-on experience across major public infrastructure, government agency, and private commercial construction environments. She has worked alongside government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams, overseeing safety across active construction zones and complex project structures.
Known for her pragmatic approach, persistent leadership, and uncompromising integrity, Stacia brings a field-tested perspective to safety management. Her experience includes project management, site supervision, risk mitigation, disease control, policy development, safety training, and cross-tier subcontractor alignment.
As a Certified Instructor for OSHA 10 & 30, Stacia doesn’t just enforce compliance standards — she teaches them. As the Founder and Owner of SAE Consulting Services, she created the company to give contractors and organizations direct access to experienced safety leadership and practical solutions that protect people, strengthen compliance, and hold up both on paper and on active jobsites.
